Orders will have shipping added at checkout. You can also get an estimate on shipping rates before confirming your order.
All products are made to order just for you.
We take about 3–8 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 3–5 business days for non-apparel (mugs, hats etc.) products.
Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.
Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. Lucy + Norman unfortunately have no control over shipping carrier or postal delays.
Due to worldwide product and material shortages because of COVID-19, there may be a delay in creating the product that is out of our control and we're truly sorry about that.
We have many printing partners all over the world that help us to ship faster. But sometimes your order may come from another country because of stock availablity. We do our best to have your order made by the closest partner to you.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and taxes that may apply. Delays due to customs are unfortunately out of our control.
When you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately and may arrive separately at different times but the shipping price will be calculated together.
An example would be if you order a t-shirt and a mug. The shirts are mailed in poly bags and mugs are boxed, so they will be shipped separately.
If the shipping address is an error by us, we will cover the cost of shipping.
If the customer has entered the wrong address or needs a change of address after the package has been shipped, the customer is responsible for any added shipping costs.
The package will be returned to our printing facility and will need to be shipped out again.
Unfortunately we can't ship to a PO Box for products except decals.
Because our items are made to order we do not offer refunds.
However, if your item is damaged, misprinted or defective you are eligible for a refund. Please provide us with a photo of the item to email@example.com within 7 days and we will be happy to try to resolve the problem.
If items purchased must be returned, the shipping cost is paid by the customer. Contact us for the return address.
If a product has been damaged by the customer, a refund is not applicable.
Unfortunately we do not refund for a wrong size ordered as the item is made just for you.
If you ordered an adult size and received a youth size, or received the wrong size, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and will be happy to resolve it for you.
Packages delivered that go unclaimed are returned to our printing facility and you will be liable for the cost of reshipping the package.
Product Care + Other
The DTG printing technique uses a pretreatment to adhere the print to the garment and makes it last longer.
The smell and yellow stain will go away after the first wash.
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble-dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
Yellow Stains; Have you already washed the shirt? These are the remains from our pre-treat solution that we use on shirts to make your prints more durable.
