If you are purchasing our products as gifts for a holiday, we advise to order well in advance to guarantee a timely arrival. We anticipate that this year our suppliers will be extremely busy!
Normal production times before shipping
All products are made to order.
Stickers and Decals take 1–3 business days + shipping as a normal parcel.
We take about3–8 business daysto create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and3–5 business daysfor non-apparel (mugs, hats etc.) products. Then you shouldadd shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.
Often our products are shipped within 5 business days or less!
Shipping delivery times after production
Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. Lucy + Norman has no control over shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will inform you by e-mail.

Customs + taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and taxes that may apply. Delays due to customs are unfortunately out of our control.
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Delays due to customs is unfortunately out of our control.
If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately and may arrive separately at different times.
An example would be if you order a t-shirt, a mug and a print. The shirts are mailed in poly bags, mugs are boxed, and prints are shipped in durable tubes so they may all be shipped separately.
If you order multiple t-shirts, they may ship separately as well due to when they are printed.
We want you to be satisfied with your new purchase. If our product does not meet your expectation, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item and we will do our absolute best to make you happy. We do not accept returns on printed merchandise unless it is due to a manufacturing defect.
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange as the product is made just for you.
Damaged during shipping
If your item(s) are damaged during shipping, please notify us within 5 business days. Please email us a photo for verification.
To return your defective product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If a product is deemed defective, a complete inspection of products returned will take place to determine the authentication of a request. If an item is approved for replacement, the original sales order receipt/number must accompany the item being returned. Items that are replaced will be identical to the original order and have the same design unless it is determined by Lucy + Norman that a change would be beneficial.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
